Mel Gadd is responsible for the quality management system at TomorrowNow, which encompasses all the processes and systems that ensure consistently high levels of service. He is also chartered with maintaining our high standards by using continuous customer feedback.

Mel has 26 years of experience in the software industry, including designing and implementing global customer feedback and quality management programs. He also has experience in all aspects of software design, development, QA, and support. He spent the last 10 years managing the customer satisfaction and quality programs at PeopleSoft and Oracle.

Mel holds a Bachelor of Arts honors degree in European Studies from the University of East Anglia, UK.
