Shelley Nelson has global responsibility for all TomorrowNow service delivery for PeopleSoft products, including hiring and retaining top PeopleSoft support service professionals.

Shelley has more than 12 years of experience in the industry. She has extensive experience implementing, customizing, and supporting several PeopleSoft applications. For the past two years at TomorrowNow, she has been managing a premier remote support and development team. Shelley's experience at PeopleSoft, Inc. includes more than seven years of functional, technical, and team lead experience working with PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS applications.

Shelley's extensive experience as both a consultant and developer on PeopleSoft applications provides her the practical experience to clearly understand customer needs. Shelley was highly instrumental in building and enhancing the support model at TomorrowNow, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and regulatory compliance as TomorrowNow expanded from retired-release support to alternative maintenance for current PeopleSoft releases.

Shelley holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Houston.
