As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Tom Nolan functions as chief legal and compliance officer and corporate secretary of TomorrowNow, Inc. He also oversees TomorrowNow’s legal, contracts, compliance, corporate governance and risk management functions.
Nolan joined SAP in June 2007 as part of SAP’s acquisition of OutlookSoft Corporaton. Prior to joining SAP, Tom was Deputy General Counsel at OutlookSoft, Corporate Counsel at Student Marketing Group and International Masters Publishers, Inc., and Associate General Counsel at Thomson Software Products. In October 2007, he was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of TomorrowNow.
Tom has extensive experience in building and managing legal and contracts functions, drafting and negotiating software licenses and services agreements, intellectual property matters, corporate governance and risk management, employment matters and litigation management.
Tom is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and has a law degree from New York Law School.
